Ingredients
- 80 millilitres vegetable oil
- 800 grams pork fillet, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoon Gourmet Garden Gourmet Garden Garlic Cold Blended Paste, Cold Blended Paste
- 1/2 teaspoon Gourmet Garden Lightly Dried Chilli, Lightly Dried
- 1 tablespoon Gourmet Garden Thai Stir-In Seasoning
- 150 millilitres soy sauce
- 100 millilitres water
- 1 bunch asparagus, cut into thirds
- 1/2 tablespoon Gourmet Garden Gourmet Garden Lightly Dried Coriandor, Lightly Dried
- cracked pepper to taste

Preparation
- 1 Heat oil in a wok or frying pan. Add the pork, garlic, chilli and Thai Stir-In Seasoning and then stir fry for 1 minute.
- 2 Add coriander, soy sauce, black pepper and water and continue to stir until pork is cooked.
- 3 Toss in asparagus.
- 4 Serve with Thai noodles or plain jasmine rice.
