Preparation
- 1 Preheat oven to 220˚C (200˚C fan forced). Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- 2 Pat the chicken pieces dry with paper towel and place in a bowl.
- 3 Combine soy sauce, Chinese rice wine, sugar and cornflour in a small bowl and stir through the vegetables.
- 4 Season well with salt and pepper, add Gourmet Garden Zesty Lemon Paste and oil then toss well to coat evenly.
- 5 Place chicken on the prepared tray in a single layer. Spoon any residual lemon mixture left in the bowl over and roast for 20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
