Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon (15 milliliters) light soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon (30 milliliters) rice wine or white wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoon (10 milliliters) honey
- 1 cup (250 milliliters) snow peas, trimmed
- 1 teaspoon (5 milliliters) Gourmet Garden Ginger, Stir-In Paste
- 2 teaspoon (10 milliliters) Gourmet Garden Cilantro, Stir-In Paste
- 1 bag mixed greens
- 2 small asian pears
- 1 small red onion

Preparation
- 1 Make dressing, combine first 5 ingredients in a jar with a lid. Add a pinch of black pepper, if desired. Cover; shake to combine.
- 2 Blanch snow peas in boiling water until they turn bright green, but are still crisp. Refresh in cold water and drain.
- 3 Slice pear, core and cut into sticks.
- 4 Combine mixed greens, snow peas, pears and onions in a bowl. Shake dressing; add to salad. Toss together.
