Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups (625 milliliters) bow tie pasta, cooked according to package directions
- 1 medium red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 green onion, trimmed and thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons (30 milliliters) Lemongrass
- 2 tablespoons (30 milliliters) Basil
- 1 tablespoon (15 milliliters) olive oil
- 1 teaspoon (5 milliliters) French’s® Dijon Mustard
- 1 large tomato, sliced

Preparation
- 1 Combine the pasta, red pepper and green onion in a large bowl.
- 2 In a separate bowl, mix together the Lemongrass Paste, Basil Paste, mustard and oil. Toss with pasta mixture. Serve with topped with tomato.
