- 2 tablespoons (30 milliliters) Thai
- 2 tablespoons (30 milliliters) soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons (30 milliliters) Worcestershire sauce
- 1 pound (500 grams) flank steak

Preparation
- 1 Mix Thai Paste, soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce in a large resealable plastic bag. Add steak; turn to coat. Refrigerate 2 hours or longer for more flavour. Remove steak from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.
- 2 Grill over medium heat 6 to 8 minutes per side or until desired doneness. Let rest 5 minutes. Thinly slice across the grain on a bias to serve.
