Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon (30 milliliters) vegetable oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 2 cups (500 milliliters) baby spinach, chopped
- 1 can (398 milliliters) diced tomatoes, drained
- 1 1/2 pounds (750 grams) lean ground turkey
- 1 cup (250 milliliters) old fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup (125 milliliters) water
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 teaspoon (2 milliliters) salt
- 1 tablespoon (15 milliliters) Basil
- 1 tablespoon (15 milliliters) Garlic
- 1 tablespoon (15 milliliters) Parsley
- 2 tablespoons (30 milliliters) ketchup

Preparation
- 1 Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Heat oil in medium skillet. Add onions and celery; cook 12 to 15 minutes or until softened. Stir in spinach and tomatoes; remove from heat and let cool.
- 2 Mix ground turkey, oats, water, egg, salt, Garlic Paste, Parsley and Basil Paste with vegetable mixture. Mix thoroughly. Transfer to 9x5-inch (23x13-cm) loaf pan sprayed lightly with no stick cooking spray.
- 3 Bake 50 minutes. Brush with ketchup and bake 10 minutes longer. Cool 10 minutes, then slice and serve.
