Ingredients
- 1 pound (500 grams) boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1/4 cup (60 milliliters) light soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon (15 milliliters) honey
- 1 tablespoon (15 milliliters) oil
- 2 tablespoon (30 milliliters) Gourmet Garden Cilantro, Stir-In Paste
- 1 small red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 small green bell pepper, sliced
- 4 ounces (112 grams) baby corn
- 4 ounces (112 grams) snowpeas
- 2 teaspoon (10 milliliters) Chili Pepper Stir-In Paste
- 3 tablespoon (45 milliliters) rice wine
- drops sesame oil

Preparation
- 1 Slice chicken breast and mix with soy sauce, honey, oil and Gourmet Garden Cilantro.
- 2 Stir-fry for 10 to 15 minutes with red and green pepper, baby corn and snowpeas.
- 3 Mix Gourmet Garden Chili Pepper, rice wine, 1 tablespoon (15 ml) water and a few drops of sesame oil. Add to Stir-fry mixture.
