Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups chicken stock, low sodium
- 1 cup couscous, whole wheat
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ¼ cup Gourmet Garden Gourmet Garden™ Basil Stir-In Paste, Stir-In Paste
- 12-Oct whole Sun-dried tomatoes, chopped coarsely
- ¼ cup pine nuts, toasted
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Preparation
- 1 Bring stock to boil. When stock boils, add the couscous and stir once. Remove from heat; cover and let stand for 5 minutes.
- 2 In a bowl, mix the olive oil, salt, Gourmet Garden Basil Stir-In Paste and tomatoes. With two forks gently fluff couscous, combining with tomato mixture. Add the pine nuts and gently toss once more.
- 3 Serve garnished with a few splashes of balsamic vinegar.
