Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 2 cups baby spinach, chopped
- 14.5 ounces can diced tomatoes, drained
- 1-1½ lb ground turkey
- 1 cup oats
- ½ cup water
- 1 large egg
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon Gourmet Garden Garlic Stir-In paste
- 1 tablespoon Gourmet Garden Gourmet Garden™ Parsley Stir-In Paste, Stir-In Paste
- 1 tablespoon Gourmet Garden Gourmet Garden™ Basil Stir-In Paste, Stir-In Paste
- 2 tablespoon ketchup

Preparation
- 1 Heat oil in medium skillet. Add onions and celery; cook 12-15 min. or until softened. Stir in spinach and tomatoes; remove from heat and let cool.
- 2 Combine lean ground turkey, oats, water, egg, salt, Gourmet Garden Garlic Stir-In Paste, Gourmet Garden Parsley Stir-In Paste and Gourmet Garden Basil Stir-In Paste with vegetable mixture. Mix thoroughly.
- 3 Transfer to lightly sprayed loaf pan (9x5). Bake 50 minutes in 350 degree oven. Brush with ketchup and bake an additional 10 minutes. Cool 10 minutes, then slice and serve.
