Ingredients
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons Gourmet Garden™ Jalapeño Stir-In Paste
- 2 tablespoons Gourmet Garden™ Lightly Dried Organic Chives
- 1/2 pound frozen shredded hash browns
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
- 8 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 cup milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt

Preparation
- 1 Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray an 8-inch square baking dish with no stick cooking spray; set aside.
- 2 Heat oil in a large skillet on medium heat. Add ground turkey, onion, 1 tablespoon each of the Jalapeno Paste and Lightly Dried Chives. Cook until crumbled, about 3 to 5 minutes. Drain any excess liquid.
- 3 Mix turkey mixture, hash browns, 1 cup of the cheese, eggs, milk, remaining 1 tablespoon each Jalapeno Paste and Lightly Dried Chives, and salt in large bowl. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish. Cover with foil.
- 4 Bake 30 minutes. Uncover, top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Bake 20 minutes longer or until set. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
