Preparation

  • 1 Cook pasta as directed on package. Drain well reserving cooking water.
  • 2 Meanwhile, place shrimp in large bowl. Sprinkle with salt, onion powder black pepper and OLD BAY Seasoning, tossing to coat. Set aside.
  • 3 Heat butter and oil in large skillet on medium heat. Stir in Gourmet Garden Lemongrass Paste, Garlic Paste, Basil and Parsley. Add shrimp, cook and stir until shrimp are no longer pink. Remove shrimp from skillet and set aside.
  • 4 For the Sauce, add butter, Lemongrass Paste and Garlic Paste to same skillet. Stir in heavy whipping cream and wine. Cook and stir 4 to 5 minutes. Stir in Parmesan cheese.
  • 5 Return shrimp to skillet and add cooked pasta, tossing to coat. Stir in some of the reserved pasta cooking water if desired, until desired consistency is reached. Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese and Parsley to serve.
