- 1 medium lime, juiced
- 1 tbsp honey, runny
- 1 tsp salt flakes
- 1 small jalapeno, deseeded & finely diced
- 1 tablespoon Gourmet Garden Coriander
- 1/3 cup red onion, finely diced
- 1 cup (150 g ) mango, diced
- 1 cup (150 g) ripe avocado, diced

Preparation
- 1 In a bowl, combine lime juice, honey, salt, jalapeno, and lightly dried coriander. Mix until well combined. Add onion, mango and avocado to bowl and toss to coat evenly. Enjoy with serving suggestions of choice.
