Ingredients
- 3/4 chicken breasts, can be sliced in half, butterflied or whole
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoon Gourmet Garden Lightly Dried Basil, Lightly Dried
- 1/2 tablespoon Gourmet Garden Garlic, Cold Blended Paste
- 1 cup polenta
- 80 grams Parmesan, finely grated
- Snake beans or baby beans, steamed

Preparation
- 1 Combine 1 teaspoon Lightly Dried Basil and Garlic Cold Blended Paste with olive oil. Brush over chicken and chargrill or bbq until succulent.
- 2 Cook polenta following instructions on pack until creamy and smooth.
