Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon (30 milliliters) Gourmet Garden Ginger, Stir-In Paste
- 2 tablespoon (30 milliliters) Gourmet Garden Cilantro, Stir-In Paste
- 2 tablespoon (30 milliliters) Gourmet Garden Garlic, Stir-In Paste
- 1 teaspoon (5 milliliters) Chili Pepper Stir-In Paste
- 3 tablespoon (45 milliliters) lime juice
- 2 cups (500 milliliters) green & red cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup (250 milliliters) snap peas
- 2 small green onions, sliced
- 1 can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 package tofu, teriyaki or asian flavored, cut into 1-inch (2 1/2-cm) pieces
- 1/2 cup (125 milliliters) chow mein noodles, optional

Preparation
- 1 Dressing: Combine ginger, cilantro, garlic, chili pepper and lime juice. Mix thoroughly.
- 2 Combine all the remaining ingredients except chow mein noodles. Toss with dressing and chow mein noodles, if using. Serve. Tip:Cook your snap peas in boiling salted water for 2 to 3 minutes; drain; cool.This will give the snap peas a bright green color.
