Ingredients
- ⅓ cup (67 g) white sugar
- ⅓ cup (80 mL) water
- 2 tbsp Gourmet Garden Lightly Dried Basil
- 2 cups frozen mango
- 3 x limes (2 juiced, 1 for garnish)
- 125 mL Non-Alcoholics Gin (White Cane Spirit)
- 2 cups of ice cubes
- To serve
- Soda water
- Extra frozen or fresh mango, cubed or thinly sliced (optional)
- Basil leaves

Preparation
- 1 Combine sugar, water, and lightly dried basil in a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer on stove until sugar has completely dissolved. Strain syrup into a jar and cool completely before using (refrigerate until needed).
- 2 Place mango, lime juice, non-alcoholic gin, and chilled syrup in a blender. Blend until a very smooth, thick mixture has formed.
- 3 Distribute the mango mixture evenly among iced glasses, leaving room to finish with soda water. Garnish with skewered slices of mango, and/or lime, and fresh basil leaves, if desired. Serve immediately.
