We are passionate about delivering your herbs and spices with TLC (tender loving care) from our farms to your plate. Your herbs and spices start their journey on broad acre farms where the herbs are cared for, fed and grown by our dedicated group of farmers. They are truly passionate about producing fresh herbs and spices that are brimming with essential oils, which helps keep the flavour, aroma and colour of herbs all the way to your plate!

Our History

Gourmet Garden’s humble beginnings were with two Australian scientists (and brothers) frustrated with the short life of culinary herbs. They developed a technology that extended the shelf life of fresh herbs, without the need of cooking or heating.
