Ingredients
- 1 package Gourmet Garden™ Stir Fry Skillet Sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided
- 1 pound boneless chicken thighs
- 4 cups stir-fry vegetables
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 cups hot cooked white rice

Preparation
- 1 Heat 1 tablespoon of the oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add meat; stir-fry 5 minutes. Remove from skillet. Heat remaining 1 tablespoon oil in same skillet. Add vegetables; stir-fry 4 minutes or until tender crisp.

Stir in Skillet Sauce, water and soy sauce. Return meat to skillet. Cook 1 minute longer or until sauce is slightly thickened and meat is cooked through. Serve with rice and sprinkle with sliced green onion, if desired.
