  • 1 package Gourmet Garden™ Fajita Skillet Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided
  • 1 pound boneless beef sirloin, cut into 1/2-inch strips
  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 6 (6-inch) flour tortillas, warmed
  • Assorted Toppings, such as shredded cheese, diced tomatoes or salsa, sour cream, or guac

Preparation

  • 1 Heat 1 tablespoon of the oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add meat; cook and stir 3 minutes, just until no longer pink. Remove from skillet. Heat remaining 1 tablespoon oil in same skillet. Add onion and bell pepper; cook and stir 3 to 5 minutes until tender crisp.
  • 2 Return meat to skillet. Reduce heat to medium. Stir in Skillet Sauce and water. Cook and stir 2 minutes or until meat is cooked through. Spoon into warmed flour tortillas, and serve with assorted toppings, if desired.

    Test Kitchen Tips: • Stir in 1 chopped jalapeño pepper along with the veggie mixture for a spicy kick.
    • Layer cooked Fajita mixture over tortilla chips and top with shredded cheese for easy nachos.
