Ingredients
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter (unsweetened)
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 6 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 5 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 to 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 3 tablespoons Gourmet Garden™ Ginger Stir-In Paste
- 1 teaspoon Gourmet Garden™ Garlic Stir-In Paste

Preparation
- 1 Place all ingredients in medium bowl. Blend with immersion blender until smooth. (You can also use a regular blender or food processor.)
- 2 Use as a drizzle sauce for meat or seafood, or add to your favorite salad. Mix up a salad with a blend of chopped Romaine, shredded cabbage, matchstick carrots, chopped peanuts and cilantro. Add Peanut Ginger Dressing and toss to coat, then serve with grilled chicken drizzled with extra dressing!
