Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon rice wine or white wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon Gourmet Garden Gourmet Garden™ Ginger Stir-In Paste, Stir-In Paste
- 2 teaspoon Gourmet Garden Gourmet Garden™ Cilantro Stir-In Paste, Stir-In Paste
- 1 cup snow peas, trimmed
- 2 small asian pears
- 1 bag mixed greens
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced

Preparation
- 1 Make dressing: combine soy sauce, rice wine or white wine vinegar, honey, Gourmet Garden Ginger Stir-In Paste and Gourmet Garden Cilantro Stir-in Paste in a jar with a lid. Add a pinch of black pepper, if desired. Cover; shake to combine.
- 2 Blanch snow peas in boiling water until they turn bright green, but are still crisp. Rinse in cold water and drain.
- 3 Slice pear, core and cut into sticks.
- 4 Combine mixed greens, snow peas, pears and onions in a bowl. Shake dressing; add to salad. Toss together.
