Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 teaspoon Gourmet Garden™ Garlic Stir-In Paste
- 2 tablespoon Gourmet Garden™ Ginger Stir-In Paste
- 2 tablespoon light brown sugar
- ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 medium red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon water
- cooked white rice

Preparation
- 1 Heat oil over medium heat in a large skillet. Add ground turkey, Gourmet Garden Garlic Stir-In Paste and Gourmet Garden Ginger Stir-In Paste. Cook until turkey is cooked through and crumbled, about 3 to 5 minutes. Stir in brown sugar, soy sauce, cider vinegar, broccoli and red bell peppers and bring to a boil; cook 2 to 3 minutes.
- 2 Mix cornstarch and water in a small bowl. Stir in with turkey mixture. Cook 1 to 2 minutes or until thickened. Serve over steamed rice, if desired.
