Ingredients
- 8 ounces pasta or gluten-free pasta
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 20 ounces (2 pints) cherry tomatoes or grape tomatoes, halved
- 2 teaspoons Gourmet Garden™ Lightly Dried Basil
- 1 tablespoon Gourmet Garden™ Minced Garlic Stir-In Paste
- 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
- Salt, to taste
- McCormick® Crushed Red Pepper, optional

Preparation
- 1 Bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Cook pasta to al dente according to package instructions. Drain, but do not rinse.
- 2 Meanwhile, heat olive oil in large pot or deep pan. Add tomatoes and a generous pinch of salt. Sauté 7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the Gourmet Garden Lightly Dried Basil, Minced Garlic Paste and balsamic vinegar. Mix well and sauté for 5 to 7 minutes longer, until sauce has thickened.
- 3 Add cooked pasta to the sauce and use tongs to mix well. Serve topped with additional Lightly Dried Basil and crushed red pepper flakes, if desired.
