- Garlic Ice Cream
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 4 teaspoons Gourmet Garden™ Minced Garlic Stir-In Paste
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Pure Vanilla Extract
- Spicy Garlic Ice Cream Topping
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon Gourmet Garden™ Minced Garlic Stir-In Paste
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Crushed Red Pepper

- 1 For the ice cream, place all ingredients in blender container; cover. Blend on high speed about 1 minute or until well blended and slightly thickened.
- 2 Pour ice cream mixture into freezer-safe container. Cover with plastic wrap, pressing down to cover surface of ice cream mixture. Freeze at least 4 hours or until firm.
- 3 For the Spicy Garlic Ice Cream Topping, place honey in microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH for 30 seconds. Stir in Garlic Paste and red pepper until well blended. Drizzle over ice cream to serve.
