Ingredients
- 2 cups whole milk ricotta cheese
- 1 to 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (about 1/2 medium lemon, juiced)
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Gourmet Garden™ Garlic Stir-In Paste
- 1/2 teaspoon Gourmet Garden™ Ginger Stir-In Paste
- McCormick® Sea Salt Grinder, to taste
- Sliced green onions
- Chili oil

Preparation
- 1 Place ricotta, lemon juice, olive oil, Garlic Paste and Ginger Paste in food processor. Process until light and smooth, about 2 minutes. Season with salt to taste, processing to blend.
- 2 Transfer whipped ricotta to serving dish. Drizzle with chili oil and sprinkle with green onions. Serve with pita chips.
