Ingredients
- 1 French baguette, sliced 1/4-inch thick on bias
- 2 teaspoons Gourmet Garden™ Garlic Stir-In Paste, plus more for corstini
- 1 tablespoon Gourmet Garden™ Lightly Dried Basil
- 8 medium plum tomatoes, seeded and diced
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 4 1/2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 to 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (about 1/2 medium lemon)
- 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation
- 1 Preheat oven to 350°F. Spread a small amount of Garlic Paste onto one side of each piece of sliced baguette. Place in single layer on large baking sheet. Bake 5 minutes or until lightly browned and crispy. Remove and allow to cool slightly.
- 2 Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients in medium bowl until well blended.

To serve, spoon about 2 tablespoons of Bruschetta onto each crostini. Sprinkle with additional Lightly Dried Basil, if desired.
Tip: Look for pre-sliced baguette at your local grocery store to save even more time on prep!
