- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon Gourmet Garden Ginger, Cold Blended Paste
- 2 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds, toasted

Preparation
- 1 Bring quinoa, water and Gourmet Garden Ginger to a boil in a saucepan. Cover; reduce heat to low; cook 15 min.
- 2 Toss quinoa with maple syrup. Serve topped with blueberries and nuts.
