Ingredients
- 1 pound (500 grams) fettuccine pasta
- 4 slices bacon, chopped
- 2 tablespoons (28 grams) butter
- 2 tablespoon (30 milliliters) Garlic
- 4 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup (125 milliliters) heavy cream
- 1/2 cup (125 milliliters) finely grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon (15 milliliters) Basil
- 1 tablespoon (15 milliliter) Italian Herbs

Preparation
- 1 Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain well and set aside.
- 2 Meanwhile, place bacon in large skillet. Add butter and Garlic Paste. Cook on medium heat bacon is cooked through and lightly browned.
- 3 Whisk egg yolks, heavy cream, Parmesan, Basil Paste and Italian Herb Paste in medium bowl until well blended.
- 4 Add hot cooked pasta to skillet with bacon, tossing to mix well. Gradually add egg mixture, tossing to mix well and heat through. Serve immediately.
