- 1 1/2 cups (375 milliliters) sugar
- 8 1/2 cups (2125 milliliters) water, divided
- 1 tube (115 grams) Lemongrass
- 1 cup (250 milliliters) fresh lemon juice

Preparation
- 1 Combine sugar and 1 1/2 cups (375 ml) of water in a saucepan, heat to dissolve sugar to make a simple syrup.
- 2 Add Lemongrass Paste to the simple syrup, mix well.
- 3 Combine lemon juice, simple syrup and remaining water, chill. Serve over ice.
