- 2 medium avocados, peeled, seeded and chopped
- 1/4 cup (60 milliliters) red onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons (30 milliliters) fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoon (30 milliliters) Parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon (2 milliliter) kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon (1 milliliter) Club House® Pure Ground Black Pepper
- 2 (12-inch/30-cm) flatbreads, warmed

Preparation
- 1 Mix avocados, onion, lime juice, Lightly Dried Parsley, salt and pepper in a medium bowl until well blended.
- 2 Cut flatbreads into triangle and serve with Avocado salsa.
